The
Many Ways PRAYER: We experience the support of prayer from people around the world. This prayer is a true gift to us. Asking God to make this ministry for people around the world an effective instrument is very important and gratefully received. You can genuinely feel a partner with us in this ministry by your prayer. TELLING OTHERS: So many people write and tell us they heard about our site from a friend or relative. We hear from so many who read about our site in a parish bulletin or saw it linked on someone else's site. This kind of spreading the word about our ministry is a tremendous support. We are very grateful for it. SHARING THE CONTENT: People are often writing us to ask for permission to use some part of our website in a prayer service, in a publication. Many ask to share the Stations of the Cross or a number of the "printer friendly" resources. We encourage people to do so, if they don't charge money for it, don't reproduce it on another web site (links are always fine) and if they include a reference to the source. SPIRITUAL DIRECTION: We have heard from many directors who share in this ministry and contribute to it by their accompaniment of people desiring the make the Online Retreat with a director. We are very grateful for that support. |
How
you can support The main support we receive for our ministry is from Creighton University. Our salaries, our office space, our basic equipment and access to the wonderful Creighton network allows our ministry to thrive. Unsolicited contributions we have received have allowed us to purchase software and hardware we didn't have. With a contribution, we were able to buy audio editing software. With another gift we purchased a digital recorder that has allowed us to add a number of audio retreats and other audio resources on our site. At times people have written us from places in the world where they did not have a broadband connection. Since they were not able to access the Audio Retreat files, we were able to use a generous gift to burn the retreat to CDs for a number of people and mail them to them. |

to Believe Endowment
for Collaborative Ministry - A major gift, or a series of major gifts really would endow the Collaborative Ministries Office role of helping faculty and staff understand our mission and identity and to be able to contribute to it. It would also ensure that there would always be an Online Ministry at Creighton University. What a lasting gift and partnership in this important ministry in the Church. To talk more
