Edward A. Morse
Professor of Law
McGrath North Mullin & Kratz Chair in Business Law

I joined the law school faculty in 1994, after practicing law for several years. I have great colleagues and the opportunity to engage with bright and enthusiastic students.
More about me:

My wife, Susan, and I have five children. Our oldest son is a sophomore at Creighton, and our younger four children still live at home with us. We enjoy reading the daily reflections together whenever we can, mostly as an after-supper meditation. We live on our family’s farm in western Iowa, where we continue to pursue a small farming and livestock operation together. Although my academic work requires most of my time, I enjoy having the opportunity to work with my family in an agricultural environment. It has enriched our lives greatly.

Writing these reflections:

I have been a longtime reader of the daily reflections. I have a long personal history of participating in inductive studies of scripture, and I also enjoy reading about the early Church. I am grateful to my friend, Rusty Reno, for introducing me to other theological readings, which have helped me to grow in understanding and in faith.
