Human Resources Mission
Creighton University Human Resources seeks to develop and implement policies, programs, and benefits that create and sustain a highly qualified workforce and a quality of worklife that promotes the advancement of a major national and international Jesuit institution.
Self-Service Program Offers Virtual Access
Convenient, accessible and user-friendly…these are adjectives that might be used to describe the new employee self-service program. A joint project of Human Resources, the Controller’s Office and the Division of Information Technology(DOIT), this “best practice “ program allows any paid employee (faculty, staff and student) instant web access to personal information, pay slips, tax forms, sick and vacation time earned and employee W-2’s. All information is password-protected. The project supports recommendations emerging from the “Best Places to Work” survey.
The program is intuitive and easy to follow. Numerous resources including a power point, instruction sheet, FAQ and other information are available on the HR web page at http://www2.creighton.edu/hr/selfservice/index.php.
If you have any questions about this effort, contact Cecilia Hallstrom, Associate Director, Human Resources at 280-2898 or clh@creighton.edu.
