Student Assessment & The ADA

Changes to the American Disability Act (ADA), effective Jan. 1, 2009, offer greater protection for persons with disabilities and significantly broaden the scope of what constitutes a disability. This seminar was designed to help Creighton students, faculty and staff understand their rights.

The event was held on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 in the V.J. & Angela Skutt Student Center Mutual of Omaha Ballroom, on the Creighton campus.
