Creighton Professor Connects Student to His Future

As an intern with Global Partners in Hope, Creighton Junior Cooper Idt helps to develop virtual and in-person trips to West Africa, and he says the opportunity has been a dream come true. The nonprofit focuses on building water wells and health facilities, and he found the opportunity via a Creighton professor. Ian Vickers, who teaches business management at Creighton, is the nonprofit’s president and CEO. Cooper says the work has given him direction, experiences of a lifetime and a way to live out his passions.
