Sunny Washington

Internship at Maha Festival

As an intern with Maha Festival in Omaha, Sunny Washington helped to publicize and run the day-to-day operations of the event. She says she loved her time at the community and music festival and credits Creighton with helping her refine her resume and brush up on her interview skills. She points out that, thanks to that type of support and access, Creighton is a great place to come for anyone interested in internships. As Heider College of Business alumni, Sunny is now pursuing a career in event marketing.
