1) The card is your CURRENT card; you MUST exchange it.
2) One of the technologies has failed: printing, magnetic stripe or iCLASS chip.
3) The card must lay flat.
4) All edges must be factory sealed.
5) There can be no physical damage to the card.
If all of the above are met, we will print a new card at no cost to you.
If item one is not met, you would need to pay the cost of a replacement ID. If items three, four or five are not met, you would need to pay the cost of a damaged card.
