We upgraded our system in May 2010 to a more secure version. Unfortunately, none of the Card Management Centers or Load Value Stations were compatible with the new software. As the equipment was over 15 years old, it has been permanently retired.
Loading Funds
eCard
The easiest way to load funds is online. Students and employees may logon 24/7/365 using their netID and BLUE password. Guests may use the Guest Login module to look up their student using the person's netID. The website accepts any card (debit and credit) with a VISA or MasterCard logo.
Card Management Centers/Account Management Centers
There are currently two machines on campus that accept cash deposits onto JayBuck$. Known as Account Management Centers, they act as "reverse ATMs" and accept cash deposits, display current account balances and print receipts. They are located in these buildings:
- Health Sciences Library
- Swanson Hall west vestibule
Card Services Office
The Card Services Office accepts deposits in person and over the phone during business hours. Payments can be made using cash, check or credit/debit card (any card with a MasterCard or VISA logo).
