Enclosures

Confidential Correspondence - all confidential matter is to be inserted into a special intracampus confidential envelope (shown below). This will eliminate the potential for mishandling, loss due to previous markings, or breach of confidentiality.

Multiple Page Items - to facilitate handling, all multiple page memos, letters, magazines, books, reprints, etc., should be inserted into intracampus envelopes. This will prevent single page correspondence or small pieces of mail from becoming trapped between the pages of such multiple page items.

Non-mailable Items - such as metal pieces, glass parts, product samples, and chemicals cannot be mailed in envelopes. They require special packaging before mailing or shipping. Contact Mail Services at 280-3002 to determine the most appropriate handling method for these and other questionable materials.
