Standard Mail

Each piece of standard mail must weight less than 16 ounces. Anything heavier than 16 ounces must be mailed as package service or priority mail.

  • Reduced rates are available for mailing 200 pieces or more pieces of standard mail or a mailing of 50 pounds. The standards for size and surcharge rates for single-piece standard mail weighing one ounce or less are the same as for first class.
