Students must notify (e-mail) the appropriate mail room clerk immediately for a replacement key or reissue of a new combination. Students who lose their mail box combination will be accessed a $2.00 fee to acquire another combination. Students living in Kiewit Hall must notify the appropriate mail room clerk in case of a lost mail box key. A fee of $5.00 will be accessed for a replacement key. The cost for the key and combination must be paid in full before ordering. It takes two to three days for a replacement key. In the interim, students can receive their mail directly from their mail room clerk.
