Students who forget their mail box combination can receive a reminder by contacting their mailroom clerk. Students living in Kenefick or Kiewit Hall must notify the appropriate mail room clerk in case of a lost mail box key. A fee of $5.00 will be accessed for a replacement key. The cost for the key must be paid in full before ordering. It takes two to three days for a replacement key. In the interim, students can receive their mail directly from their mail room clerk. Keys are issued/returned at the start/stop of each academic period by/to Res Life.
