Open and Standing Order Announcement
Blanket Orders for FY13 will be expiring at the end of December. Departments that have migrated to CUBuyplus will submit their needs for Blanket Orders through the Business Service Center for the next few months. This process will revert back to the department level as training progresses.
Those areas that have not migrated to CUBuyplus will need to issue requisitions in Banner for new Open and Standing purchase orders with a the transaction date set to the current date and the delivery date set for the end of the fiscal year June 30, 2013. You will need to use the Open or Standing clause in the Document text and enter the previous purchase order after the “Supersedes:” statement.
