Lost or Stolen Card
To report a lost or stolen card, call 800-688-7070. The bank representative contacted may not be familiar with Creighton’s business account. The only information necessary for a Creighton business account is:
- the last four digits of the cardholder’s NetID, when asked for the last four digits of the Social Security Number
- our billing address (PO Box 3266, Omaha, NE 68103-0266)
Contact the Credit Card Coordinator at 280-2713 in order to expedite a replacement card.
