Registration
The first step to becoming an approved supplier at Creighton University starts with contacting the commodity specific buyer.
You will also be required to provide the following forms:
- IRS W-9
- Certificate of Insurance required for companies performing work on campus
Note: Registration request does not guarantee approval. Reasons for non-inclusion can include debarrment by the federal government, supplier saturation, or existing contract.
