About the Service Request Form

A new software application, FacilityFocus, has been implemented with a Web-based service request tool, WebFM, which allows the campus community to submit requests, follow-up on previously submitted requests, receive status updates and see a history of their activity.  The following types of requests should be submitted using this tool:

    * Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests
    * Moving Services Requests
    * Custodial Services Requests
    * Custodial Supplies Requests
    * Key Requests
    * Estimate Requests

Your Login to enter a new service request is your Net ID.
Your Password was emailed to you through official Creighton email channels.
