In 2004, a SWOT analysis (Strengths (internal), Weaknesses (internal), Opportunities (external)), and Threats (exeternal) was conducted. Facilitated by the Strategic Planning function within the Office for Academic Excellence and Assessment, each Vice President and Dean provided Strength and Weakness information. A series of white papers were commissioned in order to conduct an environmental scan to look for Opportunities and Threats. These white papers were authored by faculty and staff within Creighton University and supplemented by specialty reports as warranted. You may find it helpful to review what white papers were made available to the President's Cabinet in 2004, 2005, and 2006.
