The Organizational Communication Track in Communication Studies offers an integrative approach to the study of oral and written communication, especially as it applies to the workplace. The program is a balance of theory and application of sophisticated, practical communication skills needed in today's workplace. You will come away with specific skills such as providing constructive feedback, resolving workplace conflict, and mastering the art of motivation. You will develop a strong foundation from which to launch any number of careers.
