A Certificate in Creative Writing will be awarded to the students who successfully complete a total of 21 semester hours from the following courses:
ENG300: Introduction to Creative Writing (3)
ENG301: Narrative Forms (3)
ENG302: Poetic Forms (3)
ENG403: Seminar in Creative Writing (3)Two literature courses chosen in consultation with major advisor. Students are strongly encouraged to take ENG254 Writing About Literature as one of the required literature courses. (6)
