Immunization
Creighton University policy requires that all students born on or after January 1, 1957 provide documentation of two doses of Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccine. The first given at 12-15 months or age or later and the second given at 4-6 years of age or later, and at least one month after the first dose. History of disease is not acceptable. This University Policy is based upon current standards of the CDC. Those who are unable to provide proof of immunity must get a vaccination. The MMR immunization is available at Student Health Services.
Health Insurance Waiver
In addition, all full-time students are required to have health insurance coverage. Full-time students with current health insurance coverage may complete the online waiver at https://www.chickering.com/hardwaiver/default.aspx?PGroupNo=812848.
