Creating Assignments and Understanding Reflection Writing

One of the most difficult aspects of teaching service-learning is creating assignments and reflections to make them meaningful to your students and to help students to become critical thinkers.  Students have different learning styles and the trick is to creatively tap into these various styles to keep students engaged in the learning.

This tutorial will challenge you to re-think how you assign materials, create assignments and and incorporate reflection writing.  Included are examples of reflective writing exercises to enhance your students' experiences.
