Here is an early, perhaps even the first, of the printed catalogues for this collection. It encompasses 153 pages. The book, spiral bound, may well have been something of a Christmas present for friends. It contains about 744 books. This version includes the database of the collection at the book's end. It has a yellow cover with black printing.

This version dropped the illustrations included from the Ulm Aesop in the first edition. This book has a green cover with black printing.

At this point there were 1107 books in the collection, and the average cost of the books was $9.03. The book, spiral bound, was produced with the generous help of Georgetown University in conjunction with the lecture I gave as the holder of the Jesuit Chair. This was the last version to include the database of the collection at the book's end. It has a blue cover with black printing and a white background for the woodcut of Aesop.

At this point there were 1907 books in the collection, and the average cost of the books was $11.39. The book, spiral bound, was produced with the generous help of the Graduate School of Creighton University and its dean, Michael G. Lawler. It has a gray cover with blue printing.
