Among my favorite kids' books. What a potpourri of stuff! Often delightfully illustrated. Each volume has from two to seven copyrights. One Aesop's fable per volume (except Volume 4) by various writers and illustrators. There is a crow and fox on the inside covers, but no such fable here. Hmmm.... This volume contains CP in verse, told and illustrated by John Martin.
