Level Three
Level Three: Practice
In the third level, program participants will be offered opportunities to hone their leadership skills by practicing them at Creighton and in the community. Level Three students will enhance these skills through additional seminars on leadership that tie knowledge to “real world” experiences in the community.
They will also put the philosophy of servant leadership into practice through their participation in the Dean's Honor Roll for Social Responsibility. A special aspect of Level Three is participation in a four-hour workshop facilitated by a representative of FranklinCovey, the world-renowned organization that conducts workshops globally on personal leadership philosophy underpinning The 7 Habits for Highly Successful People by Stephen R. Covey.
