During the second year of leadership development the program participants begin learning about their own strengths as leaders, learn to recognize the strengths of others, and integrate their learning to use these strengths to develop their leadership approaches and skills.   Participants are moving beyond general questions about leadership and seeking a deeper understanding of how they can become better leaders.
