Anu Murthy received degrees in Marketing and Finance from Creighton University, and graduated summa cum laude as class valedictorian.

One of the initial employees of FirstComp, Murthy helped lay the foundation for the company's profitability by fine-tuning its methodology for state selection, class analysis and distribution development. She has been an integral part of nearly all phases of building the company from a start-up firm to one of Inc. Magazine's Top 500 fastest growing companies in the U.S.

Murthy has already positioned FirstComp subsidiary company REX as one of the fastest growing, most profitable markets in the workers' compensation industry. Her REX Technology team created, designed and oversaw development of the "Maverick" enterprise-wide software that delivers unlimited, scaleable growth and will revolutionize policy processing and claims service in an often-stagnant industry.
