Gary Batenhorst

Gary Batenhorst received a B.S. in Business Administration from Creighton University, graduating magna cum laude, and a J.D. from New York University.
Batenhorst has extensive experience in matters of franchising and distribution. He served as in-house council for Godfather's Pizza, Inc. for more than 17 years. He advises manufacturers on issues related to their distribution systems; works in areas of real estate; and has experience in estate planning, probate administration and related matters.
His community involvement includes Holy Name Housing Corp., McAuley Ministry Fund Oversight Committee, Jesuit Partnership Council of Omaha and the Creighton College of Business Advisory Council. His previous involvements include the National Alumni Board, Parent Board of Creighton Preparatory School, South Omaha Affordable Housing Corporation and the Omaha Coalition for the Homeless. Batenhorst also serves as an member of Creighton University's Adjunct Faculty, teaching Franchising and Business Planning classes at the Law School.
