Leslie Little

Leslie received her BA, cum laude, in international relations and history from Georgetown University and earned her MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She is MBTI certified.

Leslie Little is Chief Executive Officer of E3 Incorporated. Leslie specializes in leadership development, executive coaching and creating and delivering transformational change for clients. Leslie brings a holistic approach to her work as a strategic executive advisor for clients such as McKinsey, Siemens, Alliance Bernstein, Bank of America, Laura Mercier Cosmetics, The WPP Group and The Omaha Community Foundation.

She has a passion for entrepreneurial activities and served as a Board Member for the Lester Center for Entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley and as a guest lecturer at the Haas School and the London Business School. Leslie is a Board Member of the Creighton School of Business and an Adjunct Professor of International Business at Creighton University. She also serves as Board Member for Evidence for Development – an entrepreneurial spin-out tackling the root cause of AIDs, child abandonment and sustainable economic conditions. Leslie lived in London for the last 15 years. She is an Omaha native and recently returned to Omaha. She has worked extensively in the U.S., Europe, Eastern Europe and Africa. In her spare time, she is following her own entrepreneurial passion and is the author and publisher of a fine art book entitled, “Paris Icons”.
