Transformation, a multi-period team-building simulation built around the topic of sustainability, is a product of the Realia Group. Our PSM program uses it at the beginning of each year to help students understand the interdisciplinary nature of the business of bioscience, the interaction required among top executives of a range of business functions (including manufacturing, R and D, finance, strategic planning, HR, sustainability, and communications), and to foster team building, which is emphasized in most PSM courses throughout the fifteen month program.
