Tuition Remission Administrative Fee
Dependents under the CU Tuition Remission, Tuition Exchange, or Fachex Programs
Full-time students: $2500 per year/$1250 per semester
Part-time students: $88 per credit hour
NOTE: The administrative fee will be assessed on the same basis as the Remission Benefit received (e.g. an employee dependent receiving a 50% Remission Benefit will pay 50% of the administrative fee).
FULL-TIME STATUS
For students in Arts & Sciences, College of Business, Traditional Nursing, and University College
Full-Time status = 12 to 18 credit hours. Additional credit hours are assessed at the per credit hour rate
corresponding to their assessed tuition rate.
For students in the Accelerated Nursing Program, Full-Time status = 12 or more credit hours.
For Graduate School, Full-Time status = 8 or more credit hours. All hours are assessed on a per credit hour basis
QUALIFICATION FOR FINANCIAL AID
Undergraduate students must be pursuing a degree and registered for at least 6 credit hours per semester to qualify for financial aid.
Graduate students must be pursuing a degree and registered for at least 3 credit hours per semester to qualify for financial aid.
