STUDENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Are you interested in an on-campus job that pays you to watch sports? Would you like an on-campus job that also pays you to exercise? If so, then sign up to be an Intramural Sports Official! We offer student officiating positions in the following sports: Basketball, Flag Football, Soccer, Softball, and Volleyball.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! We provide paid training for all of our sports. And yes, you are allowed to officiate and play the same sports! If interested, simply show up to the training sessions. We will teach you the rules of the game, proper officiating mechanics, and program regulations. Each clinic covers different information, so please attempt to attend all of the sessions for the sport you wish to officiate.
Wage scale is as follows:
1st Year: $8.00/hour
2nd year: $8.25/hour
3rd+ Year: $8.50/hour

Intramural Sports Supervisor: IM Supervisors oversee all relevant aspects of Intramural Sports during its activities, including but not limited to: game/activity administration, participant management, facility/equipment management, risk management, and personnel management. Previous experience as an IM Sports official or scorekeeper is required.
Intramural Sports Scorekeeper: IM scorekeepers are used to assist in the operation of basketball games. Although not required, previous or current experience as an IM official is preferred.
Intramural Sports Office Aide: IM office aides assist with the administrative components of the intramural sports program. Although not required, previous or current experienece as an IM supervisor is preferred.
Intramural Sports Program Assistant: The IM program assistant is the highest ranking student employee within the department and assists the professional staff with all aspects of the program. Previous experience as an IM supervisor or office aide is required.
