Staff members are eligible after one year of full-time employment at Creighton.
Two types of staff are especially encouraged to apply. First, staff who work directly with students and/or bear responsibility for changes in policies, procedures, and programs within their department/center/program are ideal candidates. Second, staff who primarily work with patients, clients, or in university support service without having much diret contact with students are also encouraged to apply. Staff from University Hospital (whether employed by Creighton ro Tenet) or in Facilities Management would be examples of the type of staff in this second category who are eligible for the Vocation Institute Program.
