There are many different ways to recruit Creighton University students and alumni. These opportunities vary based on the candidates you are trying to reach and the type of position you are recruiting for. Let the John P. Career Fairs

The Career Center hosts a variety of career fairs and networking events throughout the year and assists with several additional on-campus recruitment programs. Career Fairs offer students the opportunity to meet face-to-face with employers and admissions representatives from a variety of industries and institutions. Recruiters are able to inform students about their organizations and recruit for available internships, full-time positions, graduate and professional school programs, volunteer and post-graduate service programs. On-Campus Interviews

The John P. Fahey Career Center has world-class interviewing facilities and is able to accommodate Skype and phone interviews. To schedule an on-campus interview visit and reserve interview rooms in the Career Center, contact Jeremy Fisher at 402.280.3819 or jfisher@creighton.edu to get started. On-campus interview schedules at Creighton University are managed online through the Jobs4Jays system, which allows employers to:

  • Create and edit job listings for interview schedules 
  • View, download and print student resumes
  • Select students to interview
  • Monitor student sign-up activity for each interview schedule 
  • View and print interview schedules 

Posting Jobs & Internships

The Career Center provides employers the opportunity to post positions online free of charge through  Jobs4Jays, which reaches all actively searching Creighton University students and many alumni seeking internships, part-time jobs, full-time entry-level and experienced level positions. Virtual Recruiting

Not able to make it to Creighton University for on-campus interviews or attend a Career Fair. We are able to accommodate virtual interview opportunities through Skype or phone interviews through the Career Center. We have designated interview rooms set up with Skype that students can use for a more professional atmosphere.

Additionally, many employers set up Resume Collection schedules under the "On-Campus Interviews" menu through Jobs4Jays, which provides students an opportunity to view career and internship opportunities with preferred application deadlines set by the employer.  Resume Collection schedules show up with the many high-profile employers who interview on campus providing higher visibility than regular online job listings. 

Resume Requests

Organizations recruiting for internship and full-time positions may request access to resumes of Creighton students. Resume packets can help organizations recruit for more focused positions. Before submitting your request for resume packets, you must have an active account and an active posting in the Jobs4Jays system. Call the Career Center at 402.280.3819 to request a database search of current students and recent graduates for full-time positions or to request undergraduate resumes for internship positions.

NOTE: Resumes for the School of Pharmacy & Health Professions are not eligible for referral and we do not send resumes to third-party recruiting agencies.

Visiting Campus

There are many other ways to engage with Creighton students, the John P. Fahey Career Center staff, and faculty, such as employer office hours in the Career Center, information sessions, lunch with faculty, meeting with Career Center career counselors, speaking to student organizations, and more.
