The Asian World Center joins the Office of International Programs in celebrating 2009 International Education Week initiated by the U.S. Departments of State and Education to promote global understanding through international education and exchanges.
Asian Tea Appreciation Afternoons
(Part of International Education Week)
With warm thanks to the Creighton community, the Asian World Center invites you to taste various teas from Asia while learning more about Asian tea culture. Information on tea and health, tea and diet, tea and weight loss, and complimentary tea bags will be available.
Dates: Tuesday Nov. 17 and Thursday Nov. 19
Times: 12:00 to 2:30pm
Location: Asian World Center (G25 Lower Backer next to the Irma’s Bistro)
At 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, Mr. Andrew Trapp will share his teaching and life experience as an English teacher in China after graduating from Creighton in 2008.
