Dr. Maorong Jiang was an honored guest chef at Creighton's "Farmstand Favorites" this summer (June 14, 2007). He also did three more cooking shows in Omaha, Nebraska and Notre Dame, Indiana (see pictures below). Numerous people came, saw, and tasted Maorong's delicious and authentic style of Chinese cooking with vegetables and meats.
