Nanjing Art Institute - Nanjing, China
Dr. Fred Hanna, Chair of the Fine and Performing Arts Department at Creighton, spent a few weeks in China in May 2009 at the Nanjing Art Institute (NAI). He lectured and worked with NAI faculty and students to organize and conduct a concert. His lectures and concert in Nanjing were warmly received and highly praised.
Hohai University - Nanjing, China
With the help of the AWC, Andrew Trapp, a 2008 Creighton graduate, spent 1 year teaching English in Nanjing, China, at Hohai University. He traveled to China in September 2008 and stayed there through summer 2009, making a very good impression of Creighton University, and also the Asian World Center.
The AWC looks forward to continued cooperation and exchange with Hohai University.
