CU on the Scale! Weight Loss Challenge is a 16 week weight loss competition for Creighton/Tenet employees, students and family members.
The team weigh-in takes place in the Human Performance Laboratory (located in the Kiewit Fitness Center-track level), the Harper Center and CUMC.
All participants are required to weigh-in on Friday, November 6th 2009 (initial weigh-in) & February 26th 2010 (final weigh-in) to be eligible for individual and team prizes. There are two optional weigh-in dates to motivate participants and track progress. All participants that weigh-in will be eligible for raffle prizes.
The cost to participate is $15/person. For more details see the official contest rules.
Back by Popular Demand....CU on the Scale! BOOT CAMP--
We will be offering 2 sessions of boot camp during the contest. Each session is: $15 per person-- see staff for details

*Optional Weigh-in dates: December 11th & January 22nd.
Optional weigh-in dates are a great opportunity to check your progress and keep you on track!
Raffle Prizes are given away following all weigh-ins to individuals who participate!
