Mrs. Kodad is our department Administrative Assistant.

She handles budget and administrative tasks for the department as well as supervising work study students.  She also assists students with the application process to become social work majors.

She began her “second career” at Creighton about 5 years ago, in the Affirmative Action Office.  Her first career was with the United States Air Force, which she retired from in 1994.  During her military career, she attended several continuing education courses related to her career field, as well as courses on human relations, leadership and management.  Also she participated in more unconventional training such as gas mask training, survival skills, and M16 training.    

Mrs. Kodad enjoys working with students and finds it very rewarding to watch them grow over the course of their college years.  Mrs. Kodad is always available with an understanding ear when students need to talk or just provide candy to help ease pre-test jitters.
