Mindfulness Explained


There are many ways to achieve a mindful state.  At Creighton, students have successfully learned to become more mindful through a variety of practices.  Some students have achieved a state of mindfulness by focusing on their breath and meditation .  Other students have achieved a mindful state through movement practices such as stretching, yoga, or running. A key aspect of mindfulness involves effectively finding out what works for you and developing your own practice.
