Movement Practice

One way of achieving a mindfulness state is through a movement practice.  Below are videos which highlight movement practices that may be done in the comfort of your own home or simply while taking a study break at your chair.  Sometimes it is helpful to do a movement practice to calm the body before a seated breath practice.
