- Promote a culture of networking and mentoring.
- Offer a significant professional development opportunity for faculty, staff, and students.

- Continue maternity/paternity leave initiative and related tasks, e.g., lactation improvements
- Identify broad "life issues" for programming purposes
- Collaborate with the "Awareness/Outreach" subcommittee to execute brown bag lunches and discussions
Goals
- Develop and propose a maternity and paternity leave policy.
- Provide at least one brown bag lunch program regarding work/life wellness each semester.
- Support other work/life wellness programs on campus.
