Marketing/Special Event Planning

  • Focus on marketing and education and special events designated by CSW.
  • Execute fall programming such as brown bag lunches and discussions.
  • Seek out campus partnerships to enhance committee visibility and brand.

 

Goals

  • Support and expand upon brown bag lunch programming.
  • Improve communication tactics with the University.

Mary Lucretia and Sarah Emily Creighton Awards Luncheon

  • Coordinate award nominations and selection.
  • Plan and execute logistics of the luncheon.

 

Goals

  • Increase campus awareness of the award.
  • Increase nominations for the award.
  • Identify and make improvements to the awards ceremony.

Summit/Fall Forum

  • Plan and execute logistics of the annual conference held by the Committee on the Status of Women. This conference will alternate between formats of a listening session and professional development.

 

Goals

  • Promote a culture of networking and mentoring.
  • Offer a significant professional development opportunity for faculty, staff, and students. In alternate years, create an open forum to discuss the needs and opportunities for the University as aligned with the goals of the Committee on the Status of Women.

Work/Life

  • Identify broad "life issues" for programming purposes.
  • Collaborate with other subcommittees to execute brown brag lunches and discussions.

 

Goals

  • Provide at least one brown bag lunch program regarding work/life wellness each semester.
  • Support other work/life wellness programs on campus.
