The Office of Equity and Inclusion focuses on compliance, inclusion, and education efforts, as well as reporting and resolution. Areas the office works on are:

Violence Intervention and Prevention (VIP) Center
The VIP Center is part of the Office of Equity and Inclusion and focuses on advocacy and education for the university. This includes:

  • Advocacy for individuals who have experienced violence, harassment, or discrimination
  • Bystander intervention--Green Dot Program
  • Education and training in the following areas:
    • Violence prevention/Green Dot
    • Sexual assault
    • Dating/domestic violence
    • Stalking
    • Bullying/cyberbullying
    • Working with children and vulnerable adults
