About the award: Creighton University annually confers this award to a member of the University staff deemed a non-faculty and non-administrator position. For outstanding demonstration to a high degree of dedication to the job and embodying the Creighton Credo in his/her work and life. The nominee must be employed at Creighton for a minimum of six full-time years or the equivalent of hours for a part-time employee.
