Program Goal
A comprehensive, 11-session program designed to give participants practical knowledge and skills to effectively supervise and create a culture of leadership, trust, and accountability.
Target Audience
New, prospective, and seasoned supervisors who would like to refine their leadership and supervisory skills.
Participation & Certification
Participants are expected to attend all sessions and upon completion will receive a certificate.
Application Process
A completed nomination form should be submitted to Donna Doroga, University College, Eppley B11 or FAX 280-2423 by January 7, 2010.
Applications must have prior approval of the respective Vice President.
Program Fee
A $135 program fee will be charged to the participant's department to assist in covering a portion of the cost of the program.
