If you have concern regarding a student’s performance, satisfaction or emotional stability please convey this concern to Mary Higgins, Assistant Vice President for Student Retention.
Within the e-mail, please include:
- Student name
- Student Net ID (if available)
- Issue
- Your name and title

Mary will try to follow up with the student and report back to you.
