Tutoring

We've moved! Beginning Fall 2013, all tutoring will take place in in the Creighton EDGE office, which is located in the lower level of the Reinart Alumni Library.
Academic Success & Retention offers weekly drop-in tutoring in Chemistry, Math, Spanish and Accounting. Additionally, we hire tutors that are qualified for individual tutoring in a wide variety of subject areas. We work with departments across campus in an effort to centralize all tutoring needs within Academic Success. Our tutors receive extensive training in learning styles, study skills, and a variety of other areas in order to best serve the Creighton community.

All students are allowed ONE free tutoring session per subject per week for up to three free visits weekly.
There is no tutoring in Academic Success & Retention during University breaks.

Internationally Certified
We are proud to announce that Academic Success & Retention has received the international College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) accreditation. This accreditation certifies that our center maintains a high standard of excellence in tutor hiring, training, supervision, and retention. All tutors receive 10 hours of specialized tutor training and complete a minimum of 25 tutoring hours each semester in order to become certified.
