JayWalk History

JayWalk is a race that was initially created to celebrate the 125th anniversary of Creighton University and the special relationship that all three of Omaha's Jesuit schools share: Creighton University, Creighton Prep and Jesuit Academy. Jesuit Academy provides a comprehensive quality education to 4th-8th grade boys from the North Omaha area. Jesuit Academy prepares its graduates academically, socially and spiritually for a lifetime of leadership. They are committed to walking with and supporting their graduates through high school and into college.

CSU is proud to say that since the first race 10 years ago, Jaywalk has raised over $70,000 to Jesuit Academy. That money has gone towards student scholarships, facilities, and a new gymnasium floor.
