CSU Strategic Plan Next Steps: After determining its three areas of focus, task forces have been formed around each strategic initiative. These task forces, under the leadership of the champion listed above, will determine the appropriate mile markers for each year of the next five years to achieve success within each strategic initiative. Then the plans from each task force will be combined into one document and presented to CSU's Cabinet, who will approve the final plan.
