From the Control Panel:

• 1. Click on the desired link in the Content Areas section.
• 2. Choose Survey from the Add Other pull-down list on the right side of the page.
• 3. Click Go.
• 4. Click Create and refer to the Survey Manager tutorial OR select an existing survey from the list.
• 5. Scroll down and click Submit.
