ABOUT OUR SERVICES
At Creighton University School of Dentistry dental students provide comprehensive dental care under the direct supervision of licensed dentists. We welcome all new patients whose dental needs match the educational needs of our students. Because we are a teaching facility, our student dentists may not be able to treat all patients, especially those with complex problems. We appreciate your interest in our dental school program and look forward to evaluating and treating your dental needs.
Please note the following:
Our clinic is open Monday thru Friday.
Because we are a teaching facility, appointments generally last 2-4 hours.
We are centrally located in Omaha, Nebraska and parking is free in the lot west of the school. Free Valet Parking is also available at the main entrance of Creighton University Medical Center.
Patients under the age of 19, unless married or "emancipated", must have a parent or legal guardian present during the appointment for required signatures.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot afford to accept patients who fail to keep appointments or who do not cancel them in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide day care for children, so please make appropriate arrangements.
For more information please read Patient Resources or Frequently Asked Questions.
Creighton Dental School is not a free clinic. We do not have a sliding fee scale. The fees charged, however, are lower than those charged in a private dental practice.
Payment is expected on the day services are provided.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, debit cards and major credit cards.
We accept some dental insurance plans. Please present a copy of your insurance card at your initial appointment.
We accept Nebraska and Iowa Medicaid. Please present a copy of your Medicaid card at your appointments.
For further information please see Billing Information.
