Getting a CUmail Account
There are three possible answers to the request, "I want an email address." If none of these satisfies your request, please cal lthe Service Desk at (402) 280-1111.
You don't have email with Creighton, and want an address
If you do not yet have an email account at Creighton, what you are looking for is to create a new NetID in Creighton's directory system. Please follow these instructions to Create a NetID.
If you have a NetID (and all registered students, faculty, and staff do) please follow these instructions for accessing CUmail.
You need an address for a group or organization
If you need a special email address for your Department, or your group, or for another special purpose, (e.g. "chess_club@creighton.edu" or "matlab_support@creighton.edu") you do indeed need a new address.
Log into the Account Management Interface (AMI) with your BLUE information, and choose "Request Additional Email" from the buttons at right. You may designate more than one NetID be able to access the email account.
You need to change your email address
If you need a different email address, if for example you have had a legal name change, then you should log into the Account Management Interface (AMI) with your BLUE information, and choose "Request Alias" from the buttons at right. You will have to give a reason for the request.
